This form, when submitted, will authorize CARBtrax as your Co-Entity Admin to create and/or manage your account in CARB’s CTC-VIS reporting system.
Thank you for signing up for CARBtrax as your new CARB CTC-VIS Co-Entity Admin. Look out for our follow-up email, which will contain detailed information about CARBtrax and our Co-Entity Admin services.
You’ll receive an invoice via email for our Co-Entity Admin services. Notably, each vehicle you register will be eligible for a CTC discount equivalent to the sign-up fee, essentially making this service complimentary.
Please note that Clean Truck Checks are conducted by our company Mobile Smoke Check. Additionally, you have the flexibility to cancel our service at any time.
